By accessing or using Valthentic, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Valthentic provides unit economics analytics software for startups, including LTV/CAC calculations, cohort analysis, and reporting tools. We may update or modify the service at any time.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete registration information
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
You may not share your account with others

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
Use the service for fraudulent purposes
Interfere with or disrupt the service

5. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change our pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Valthentic and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you input.

7. Limitation of Liability

Valthentic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the settings page.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service.
